Italian Soda!

This is totally Bakerzin inspired drink: Italian soda. The one that I always order is the lavender one. YUM! Anyway, this recipe was improvised using blackcurrant. Choice of syrup is base on personal preference. You can use rose, ribenna, lemon barley, lime, orange cordial etc.
Anyway, the ingredients you need are syrup (personal choice), ice and club soda.


Step 1: Place ice in glass. Pour about 2cm of syrup.
It will look like this.
Step 2: Slowly pour the club soda so that it doesn't mix with the syrup.
Step 3: Garnish with mint leave and/or slice of lime.

Due to the lack of ingredients and pure laziness, my drink is left naked; without any garnish. =D Enjoy! =)
