random thoughts

It has been long since I actually penned down my thought. Guess I've just been too lazy or really didn't have the time. With project deadlines rearing its ugly head every now and then.

It is nearly 12am in the morning. Sitting by the lap top and reading Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. Just thought that I should read up the previous title before attempting the new one. Didn't really have time with quizzes and other assignments. Oh well...

Turned on the air-conditioning although it was raining in the afternoon. My body feels warm and fussy. Covered in my quilt blanket, it feels cozy and comfortable. Thoughts illuminate my mind while typing this entry.

Anyway, I think I better get back to reading if I wanna finish reading soon.

Today was such a long day. Begin at 8.05am with a open book quiz. I HATE BEING TALL!!! The neck is always strained when doing quizzes in LTs. I have to bend my neck just to see my paper. And then my shoulders hurt. sucks!!! Anyway, today is fabulous THURSDAY! But at the same time, this week is was-light/free week. Means no wax or little wax on hair. So for the past 4 days, I have been going to school with un-styled hair. And today was no exception. And today was the day I tried my own creation - necklace with a pendant that is a BOOK! Anyway, today was just draggy. Hope tml is better!!!

Isn't it nice. Ok, so maybe not that nice.


The book was 'feng shui' and my watch is in chinese. So matching!!!

Last thursday, decided to take some photos. haha. No specific reason. Here are the three random photos of dahpne, me, xinni and finally...GENIE! HAHA. We have to plan one day to get siew mai again!!! =p

Anyway, that week Saturday, went out with 'ter. My god! I tell you, this is exactly why I hate going out on Sats. so DAMNED pack la! macham tuna can. Then there was this uncle manage to squeeze in and place his hand on the top of the 'roof' of the train. was at the entrance of the train. then his stupid elbow nearly hit my face! So annoyed la. Somemore, I'm so tall, look here or there still see his elbow. so annoyed! Anyway, lunch was fabulous so it sort of compensated for what happened =p!

Had clam chowder, shared with 'ter sausage with cheese, my ALL time fav - PORK KNUCKLE!, to polish off, I had mango crepe with tiramisu ice-cream. wow. satisfying.

Next, went shopping but nothing was nice, so didn't get anything. Passed by this electrical shop and decided to take a picture of a food processor! I know, so random right.



Next, went to siglap starbucks, had espresso frap and 'ter had mango frap. Mango frap is quite tart in taste. Not my cup of tea. But coffee...without it, I think I'd die. haha. Anyway, enjoy the pictures!

Donuts!!!

It was a Friday, and we had only an hour of school. Thus, we decide to go queue for DONUTS! These are the pictures. My god! It was my first time (sounds wrong). Anyway, it took like 2 hours!!! The only flavour I like was the double chocolate. But to be honest, I don't have the cravings like some people for donuts. BUT! I had cravings for siew mai that day. On top of that, I was just hungry as I did not eat breakfast. Sorry WH! I didnt mean to be 'sour face'. Anyway, I satisfy that craving. So no harm done.

On Saturday, went to WH house to do project. Nothing much la, but then this was the third time there and I notice so many stuff. Only took 1. Courtesy of Yanni. Nice clock!

Thats about it. Tomorrow we have to be back in school. Starts at 8.30am!!! Cheers people!

bakerin

One saturday, forgot which one, I went to bakerin (I think this is how it is spelt). Anyway, I think it was my first time (sound's wrong. lol). Anyway, the pictures below are what I had.
This one below is chicken dumpling/wanton soup. The next time when you visit bakerin at Paragon, please please please, do not EVER order the soups. OMG! Especially the one below, it taste horrible. I think the soup they used chicken essence (though I love that), the soup below was like too watery, with no 'substance' and there were just too much herbs. Oh speaking of herbs, the soup taste some what like you TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) soup. the kind where your mom or grandma would boil when you are sick with flu or something. It was just too much of the herb taste.

This soup is called bloody mary. This one was much better than the previous one, but still, on the save side, never order soup.

These were the desserts we ordered. There were macaroons, forgot what there other two are called. Anyway, they were not that fantastic. Though, I would say that macaroons are really an eye opener.
