Daddy's birthday - Chocolate cheesecake =D

"Chocolate and cheesecake, I think, are the two things vying for the top spot in the dessert hall of fame." Nigella Lawson.

She is beautiful, voluptuous and a hot mama who can bake the most delicious, scrumptious and sinfully delights. Love her <3.
Ingredients:
Digestive biscuit(8 pieces), butter(50g), cocoa Hershey's(1 heap tbsp), cheese Philadelphia(1 tub), sugar(1/2 cup), custard powder(1tbsp) OR corn flour(1tbsp) + sugar(1 tsp) + vanilla extract(1 tsp), sour cream(1/2 cup), whole eggs(2), yolks(2), chocolate Hershey's(1 bar, 4oz).

Method:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 180°C. Take out cheese, sour cream, chocolate bar and butter.

Step 2: Wrap cake tin(not any cake tin BUT the detachable base kind) with cling then foil so that 'no water can get in or out'.

Step 3: Place the biscuits in a bag and WHACK! It will look like that (below picture).

Step 4: Cut butter into cubes. Add both biscuit, cocoa and butter in a mixing bowl and mix!
like so...

Step 5: Place the mixture (above picture) into the cake tin. Flatten the mixture.

...continue...

...end result.
Step 6: Melt the chocolate bar in a 'water bath'.

Step 7: Add the cheese, sugar, custard powder OR corn flour mixture, sour cream and eggs(both type) into the mixing bowl. MIX!

Step 8: Fold in the melted chocolate like so...

deep deep pleasure =D
Step 9: Fill it in the cake tin.

Step 10: Sit the cake tin in a slightly larger container and pour freshly boiled water. Place it in the oven for about half an hour thereabout.
NOTE: Check cake after 30 mins. Use a metal skewer/toothpick. If batter clings to the stick or feels too moist, place it in the oven for about 3-5mins. Check at regular intervals to avoid burning the cake =D.

after baking...
Step 11: DECORATION. Using chocolate sauce Hershey's or melted chocolate bar, 'design' your cake!

Family outing for dinner =DDD!
