I have never posted any music video what-so-ever and this is my first. I was just trying to download a copy of last year's supplementary paper when I came across this on 235guys blog. One word - Amazing. Maybe it's because I have not seen many talented musicians. Anyway, this is this clip I would like to share with everyone. Enjoy!

sawadeekrup!

Oh hello again people! I am baaack!! I had dinner at Thai Express. It's not a very posh restaurant but the food that is simply delicious and not too expensive.
First up, popiah was served. We ordered the one with prawns. Gosh was the prawn succulent. Anyway, I took one mouthful of it and then I realized that I forgot to take a picture but it was too late as the food was disfigured. But luckily I remembered to take the rest of the stuff we ordered. Here are the pictures that 'ter helped me to take. And before I forget, this is going out to 'ter - Thanks for being such a nice photographer for all the food we had!!

This is what I had - Shrimp paste fried rice. The rice grain was boiled to perfection. Wasn't too soft or too hard but just nice. The shrimp paste that was used wasn't too salty. However, the sauce that came with it was a little salty and I didn't really like it. But what I really loved are the two prawns that I found in the rice. It tasted fresh and succulent. The flesh was a little chewy and like what Taiwanese people would say QQ.

This is what 'ter had - Green chicken curry. It was really creamy. Nice aroma and a little spicier than the average green curry. Chicken was tender. Just the way I liked it. There were potatoes too. They weren't soft and mushy like how Indian curry potatoes are. They were firm yet soft enough. Overall, the green curry was rich and palatable.

Next, this will be the famous soup in Thai cuisine - Tom Yam Soup! Wow! Although you can't see many cut chilies but the soup is HOT! Spicy hot that is. The dory fish that they used tasted okay. Actually, since dory fish is sold frozen, there isn't must to describe it. The straw mushroom tasted fabulous. Okay, so maybe I love to eat straw mushroom. Haha. Overall, I would say this soup is delicious yet fiery.

The most mouth watering and famous dessert of Thai cuisine - Mango and Glutinous rice. The mango was savory yet not too sweet. But, the chef did not remove the skin and we had a hard time eating it. The rice was served hot and coconut milk drizzled on it. The coconut milk complements the sticky glutinous rice. It was a real treat. However, there wasn't much coconut milk. But, overall, it is still scrumptious!

After that fabulous meal, I thought it was over but we still needed a little something and we soon found ourselves in - Coffee Club.

I ordered a Triple Chocolate A La Mode

'ter had a Chocolate Enchantment. (The scoop of ice-cream is chocolate.)

This was the description on the menu that attracted my attention.
Triple Chocolate A La Mode - Velvety baked chocolate custard set in a chocolate pastry, topped with smooth chocolate ganache. A real chocolate treat all the way.
Chocolate Enchantment - A sticky, fudgey brownie with chunks of walnuts served with a scoop of ice-cream of your choice. A perfect indulgence just for the die-hard chocoholics!

It was really divine! Both were just as chocolaty that I had a hard time brushing my teeth when I got home. The taste of both of the dessert is so exquisite that I do not have the vocabulary for describing it. Just one word which I have said before - DIVINE!

Anyway, that will be all for today. Will be posting more on fabulous yet not so expensive cuisine and the pictures are brought to you by the fabulous 'ter!

The angel wears D&G

Today was my off day. Thank god. My job is so monotonous. Anyway, one of the supervisors sort told me off for not doing a good job and leaving the place too early. Sighs. Anyway, enough about the job.

I finally went to the Cathay building. The newly erected (err...Sounds wrong!) building near Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station. Anyway, the fabulous show that I watched was 'The Devil wears Prada'. So many people claimed it was a fantastic show so I had to go see it for myself. Anyway, it turns out that the show was indeed fabulous! However, the theme wasn't really appropriate. 'The Devil wears Prada'. Supposedly the Devil refers to the Miranda (the chief editor of Runway) who wears Prada but there was only one part where it shows her carrying a Prada bag. And, most of the other accessories of fashion runway were not Prada. You get my drift. Anyway, overall I will rate this movie 4.5/5

Oh, and for lunch I went to Sushi Tei at Takashimaya. The food there was Japanese. Of cause la. Haha. But it taste quite authentic. These are the pictures that I took. And oh, because I had too much popcorn during the show which is why I couldn't eat much when I went to Sushi Tei.

Ain't this cute? heh. Wasabi and sweet sauce.

This is the fried sushi roll. It has cheese in it. Also, it had lightly boiled asparagus which kinda compliment the Scrumptious!

This will be the famous cha soba. Oh, I had a bite before taking this picture. Oops! I wanted to take before eating but it was so seducing that I couldn't resist and after my second mouth full I remember I have to take a picture to share with everyone. The soba was just right. Not so tough and not so soft. A little chewy and the taste was as refreshing as green tea.

This is...I don't really know. I think it is the thing surrounding the scallop. The seasoning was great. It had a tinge of spicy-ness and it leaves you wanting more.

Last but not least, this will be my dessert - Peach sorbet! It was the best sorbet I had. Okay, so maybe I am a little bias. I mean I love peach so anything got to do with peach is fantastic. But this was really good. I learnt that to make smooth and velvety texture for ice-cream or frozen desserts, foamed egg whites are used. As the air is incorporated in it, it thus prevents water from clumping together to form large unwanted ice crystals. As I put a scoop of tantalizing sorbet in my mouth, the moment it touched my tongue, it melts and the flavor of peach stays in my mouth.

Anyway, that will be all for today. I hope I can earn enough so that I can go get more pictures of food to share with everyone!

Help...Please

Sighs. The world is full of people like them. Criticizing others, verbally harassing them and the list goes on. I thought they would disappear after a while but...

What on earth did I do to deserve such atrocities from them? I've read of internet harassment but never dream that this misfortune will befall on me.
why would anyone make such nasty comments? Have I ever done anything directly to piss you off?

OR that you are uncomfortable with yourself and the only reason you criticism, verbally harass others on the internet IS because you think that I am a threat to you somehow or rather. Well, I don't know and don't care but just stop bothering me okay? Your comments are childish and stupid. Also, you are being so vague. If you have a problem with me, tell me in the face. You don't have to resort to this nonsense.

Anyway, I can't be bother to waste more of my precious time talking to these people. I will now write more on how I spent my vacation

Basically, I have spent it on work. But it wasn't like before. Now, instead of cashiering, I am in the toys and stationery department. Most of the time I will be doing house-keeping which is keeping the toys and stuff in place. Kinda boring huh? Totally true. However, the working hours have become shorter. I wish I could go back to cashiering. Well, one step at a time. If I am truly extremely bored then perhaps I will go talk to my supervisor or something. In the mean time, is work, work and work!

To the same assholes

Just what the hell is the problem with you?? If I had no balls, I would just delete the stuff you wrote on my tagboard. Wow. I am honored that you take notice of me when I walk. First of all, who are you to judge my style of walking is 'gay'. And second, if you by 'cb' you mean like ranting about you people on my blog then what do mean by it(as in my rantings) is 'gay'.

You see, all you can say are 'gay' and 'gayass'. You people are so vague. On TOP of that, your vocabulary is so pathetic. What else can you use to insult me than being 'gay'? What is your exact definition of 'gay'? (In those context as you can see, homosexuality doesn't seem to go well with the sentence.)

*problem is u got balls meh ? u cb so gay . Walk properly leh ? ****ing gayass* I quote from 'F'.

You see, I have address my problem on whether I have the 'balls' or guts to reply your nonsensical rubbish, BUT do you have the 'balls'? Up till today, you have not leave your name or your blog link(if you have one that is). So who is the gayass now? (right back at cha LOSER!!)

Which ever rantings you were referring to as 'gay', then what about you? Aren't you 'gayer' by not typing any rebuttal for yourself?

Anyway, I do not have time for your nonsensical rubbish. If you have all the time in the world to call people names, criticize people, verbally harassing people. Why don't you go get a job or something if you are so bored?

MUTHAFUCKERS!!

To people like STFU and F. Who are you to judge me? This is my blog. It concerns none of your business what so ever on what I am writing here. If u don't like what you see there is a X in a red box at the top right hand corner of the internet browser. Just click the damn thing you FAGGOT ARSE! Don't be so WHINY and call me gay when you two don't even have the BALLS to put your blog links(if you have one that is) or put your real name.

In this society, there are bound to have many people who you might not like BUT you can't change every single one of them. Haven't you heard of change yourself before you change others?

You are only human just like me just like everyone else. If you think you are so perfect than why aren't you a living god?? Go screw your own life. You have so much time critizing others why don't you critize yourself.

ONE last thing, if you have a religion, may GOD be fair and send you to HELL!!
If you don't have a religion, may retribution one day BITE YOU IN THE ASS!!!

soup of the day - creamy mushroom soup!

Today's technically the second day of my semester break. I woke up at 8.40am thinking I was able to make a debit card. So I had a cup of COLD coffee and I went with my dad to the bank. Upon arriving there by FOOT. Yeap, you heard me, by FOOT. anyway, when I arrived, I talked to a lady and she told me that I have to be 18 and above to make a debit card. What a waste of my time. Anyway, so I went to the library to return my book and borrowed more books.
anyway, I went to NTUC with my mom and bought stuff back. Lots of ingredients. Feeling lost again, I watched my videos of charmed(what else were you thinking?!). After that, I went to make the soup of the day - creamy mushroom soup.
OMG!! it was fantasically delicious. Too bad no picture. haha. That's about all for today. Going to do some research soon. Will be back.

Aniharseiyo!

OMG! I have FINALLY finished all my exams and the holidays are here. I can par-tay all day long! Oh, I wanted to say to those people whom I met in school, sorry for being such a bitch. The weather just dampens my mood. Anyway, I went shopping(need to destress la). Went to Takashimaya. Was suppose to have lunch at the Sushi Tei at Taka. but then 'ter said he wanted to go Paragon. So Paragon it was. So sorry folks for not taking pictures but boy was lunch FANTASTIC! anyway, so after lunch we went shopping. I didn't buy anything. Just window shopping. Then went we decided to go to Cityhall, we pass by ISETAN and guess what was on sale?

DKNY!! Donna Karan New York. 70% off! I immediately rushed in and saw so many stuff. Usual prices ranges from $99 - $400. Of cause those that cause $99 is like .... So I saw one light frappochino coloured jacket. The usual price was $269 and I only have to pay $81!! You may ask me why would I buy a jacket in Singapore the all-shine-and-sometimes-rain-weather? Well...This October...I think I am going to Japan again!! So exciting right?! Well, actually I wanted to go during summer next year but then my mom said this year go. I am quite okay with it. haha. Oh, the most exciting part. There was this two Korean ladies who approached me. One of them asked me in English to help her try on this DKNY long sleeved shirt. She told me that I was the same height as her husband. I was quite taken aback at first as this was my first time. How I wished I had taken pictures with them. Anyway, they were so nice. haha. Feel like going Korea to soak in the Korean drama-ness. lol. Anyway, that's about it for now. Will be back soon. ciao!
